Official: Senkumba, Dunga unveiled in Zambia

Ugandan striker, Hakim Senkumba, has been unveiled as one of the eleven new signings at Zambia Super League club, NAPSA Stars.

Senkumba joined the club after seeing out his contract with KCCA FC while on loan at Police FC in the Uganda premier League. 

The striker has been unveiled together with former Tusker FC striker Ismail Dunga. "NAPSA Stars Football Club has finalized its squad in readiness for the 2018 FAZ super league season. The club has acquired services of three strikers, five midfielders and three defenders," club media officer Gwen Chipasula revealed. 

Competition for places

"Head Coach Makwaza expressed happiness with the new players saying they have brought competition to the team," Chipasula added. 

The club ended their 2017 season on the 7th position with 58 points. Previously, the club had signed another Ugandan, Jimmy Bageya, but went AWOL and then dropped.

Luka Lungu (Power Dynamos), Salim Dunga (City of Lusaka), Tidiane Kone (Rayon Sports), Hakim Senkumba (KCCA FC), Nsiala Mawete Guyve (RC Kinshasa), Konga Oma (Racing Club Etoili), Kasashi Lupiya (Zesco United), Chiteta Kwalombota (Real Nakonde), Shawn Odure (Real Nakonde).
